below 40 Fresh Kitchen was opened on the idea of satisfying cravings. Cravings to eat healthier, cravings to consume better quality food, cravings of being excited about what you’re eating, and cravings to do all of that, without spending extravagantly. Oh, and of course, the ultimate craving – just another bowl of delicious and fresh poke.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide consumers with high quality seafood at more affordable stakes. We opened the first poke house in Dallas, TX back in early 2016 to share the joys of the poke bowl. We hope our house recipes and unique style expand taste buds. With that, below 40 Fresh Kitcken welcomes all poke veterans and newcomers to share in this addicting experience.

My first visit was at lunch today and I couldn't get enough, so I returned again with my girlfriend for dinner too. The ingredients are super fresh, the flavors are creative, the prices are reasonable for the quality and when you add in the hospitality of the staff, I know I have found my new go-to restaurant.

Very delicious, but quite different than their Below40 pokehouse. They had some of their signature bowls, but I had to try a warm bowl and was more than pleased. There are so many options in the build your owns and the bowl was packed full of flavor! The steak and egg paired so well with the roasted sweet potatoes and the sauces I chose(teriyaki and the cilantro lime ranch) went very well with it all too. Their pomegranate lemonade was also good and the mango soft serve was yummy and a little sour!
My friend got their b40 Ramen bowl with a side of brussel sprouts and it all smelled so good!
Definitely going again!

Wow! This place is so fresh and an amazing price! The staff is super friendly and willing to help! So excited to see this place in Richardson! I think we found our new go to poke shop!
